Who this is for

Organizations usually call us about this when:

1

Your agency must meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA for web content and apps.

2

You’re launching a chatbot that every resident or customer must be able to use.

3

Someone reported that your AI tool doesn’t work with a screen reader.

Overview

AI chatbots and assistants must be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology. State and local governments face U.S. Department of Justice requirements to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA for web content and mobile apps. We test your AI tools with assistive technology and against WCAG, and document what to fix.
