Who this is for

Organizations usually call us about this when:

1

You sell AI products or AI-enabled services to customers in the European Union.

2

A European customer or partner asked how you comply with the AI Act.

3

You need to know whether you’re a provider, a deployer, or both.

Overview

The EU AI Act applies to many U.S. companies that sell AI systems or AI-enabled services into the European Union, with obligations that phase in by risk category. What’s included

  • Inventory of AI systems with EU exposure
  • Classification by the Act’s risk categories
  • Your role as provider, deployer, or both
  • Gap analysis against applicable obligations
  • Prioritized compliance roadmap
  • Leadership readout
